Other transfer requests:
- Local Cadre reassignments: Unit CTP Management Analyst
- AW2, OMB, WSFH users: Organization AWCTS Administrator
Requirements: Original DD 2875 (System Access Request) and current HIPAA Certification uploaded to the user's profile in the Admin Module.

Description:
- First and Last name of User
- Users EDIPI
- AWCTS role(s) at gaining WTU
- Losing WTU
- Gaining WTU including Company, Platoon, Squad as applicable
- Date of current HIPAA certificate (should match the uploaded file in the user's profile)
