Reply to a Ticket

To respond to your ticket, reply to the email generated from Zendesk.  This email is tagged with the ticket number.  This will link your response, including any attachmenets, with the existing ticket.

NOTE: Be sure to reply to the correct ticket!  

Help Center

  1. Login to the AWCTS Help Center
  2. Click on your name and select "My Activity"
  3. Select the Request you want to respond to
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  5. Enter text in the textbox and use the attachments link to upload attachments.

WARNING

The support system (Zendesk) is NOT HIPAA COMPLIANT!

  • DO NOT INCLUDE: grid exports, screenshots, or reports containing PHI/PII (redacted items are okay)

Sending the above items may result in HIPAA violations.  All violations are reportable and may result in suspension of your AWCTS account.  If the Support Desk requires these items, they will correspond with you via .mil encrypted email.
