WTU Position Titles

Position Titles are now available in AWCTS WTU to help identify Cadre more accurately.  

Please note, system permissions are granted based on the user's Role, not their Position Title.  Full implementation of Position Title in AWCTS Action Plans will be complete as of November 2018.
