How do I request access to ARCS?

The following documents are required to obtain an ARCS account:

• Completed and signed DD2875, System Access Request
• A copy of the requester's IA (Cyber Awareness) Certificate should accompany the DD2875
• Current HIPAA Certificate (annual requirement)

Email the above forms to:

RCD:  RCD ARCS Administrator

OMB:  OMB ARCS Administrator

ARC4:  ARC4 ARCS Administrator

SRU Cadre:  Unit CTP Program Analyst

RHC (WTO):  DCOS WCT, CIO, Mr. Michael Mobley

ARCP:  MSB, Support Services Specialist, Ms. Alissa Watts

WTO and ARCP requests will be forwarded to the Support Desk for account creation.  For all others, the local ARCS Administrator/Program Analyst will create the account.
