AWCTS has a standing deployment / maintenance window with our hosting provider, DISA, on the third Saturday of every month. The window typically starts at 1500 ET on Saturday and goes until 0300 ET Sunday morning. Typically, new AWCTS software is released every three months.
So what does this mean for our users? Though we may not be deploying updated code each month, there is still an outage window that our hosting provider will use to perform maintenance. The system will likely be unavailable the third Saturday of each month during this window.
Please note that our deployment schedule is subject to change. Updates may also occur outside the maintenance window should the need arise.
