How do I get a WTU Soldier Case Transferred?

WTU Soldier transfers are initiated by the local CTP Management Analysts at the losing Unit and accepted by the gaining Unit's Company Commander.

1. Losing Unit's CTP Management Analyst or HR Specialist initiates a transfer in AWCTS WTU.
2. Soldier's case status updates to "Pending Transfer."
3. Company commander receives a notification in AWCTS.
4. Gaining Unit Company Commander accepts the transfer on the "Transfers" tab on the Assignment page in AWCTS.
5. Soldier's case status updates to "Pending Assignment."
6. Gaining Unit CTP Management Analyst assigns the Soldier to Cadre within the Unit.
