The information needed to process your request depends on the reason for your ticket.

 

Experiencing trouble with AWCTS? See the article on submitting an Incident Ticket.

Need access to AWCTS?  See the article on Access Requests.

Erroneous data in AWCTS? Submit a Data Fix Ticket.

  • DO NOT INCLUDE: grid exports, screenshots, or reports containing PHI/PII (redacted items are okay)

Sending the above items may result in HIPAA violations.  All violations are reportable and may result in suspension of your AWCTS account.  If the Support Desk requires these items, they will correspond with you via .mil encrypted email.
